30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all report purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.
Digital Goods & Returns
Our products are digital vehicle history reports delivered electronically. There is no physical item to return. A refund request cancels access to the associated report(s).
How to Request a Refund
Email support@carfaxdeals.com from the address used at purchase, including your order/transaction reference and the reason for the request. You can also reach us via the live chat on our site.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 3 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds appear from the descriptor CARFAXDEALS.
Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first; we resolve the large majority of issues quickly. Charges on your statement appear as CARFAXDEALS.
