The Service

CarfaxDeals provides digital vehicle history reports. You purchase credits and submit a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to generate a report, which is delivered electronically to your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining access to the email associated with your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Payment & Billing

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are charged at the time of purchase. Charges appear on your statement as CARFAXDEALS. All purchases are one-time; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Acceptable Use

• Reports are for your personal, lawful use. You may not use our service in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or any applicable law; reports are not consumer reports and may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening decisions.
• You may not resell, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Report data is compiled from third-party sources and is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that any report is complete or error-free, and we are not the source of the underlying records.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Yard Manager LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report(s) at issue.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with its “Last updated” date.
