CarfaxDeals sells digital vehicle history reports. This policy explains how and when your purchase is delivered.
Digital Delivery: No Physical Shipment
All products are digital vehicle history reports delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping fees, carriers, or tracking numbers.
Delivery Time
After a successful payment and a valid VIN submission, your report is generated and made available in your account typically within a few minutes. In rare cases where the upstream data source is temporarily delayed, delivery may take up to a few hours. If a report cannot be generated, the charge for that report is automatically refunded.
How You Receive Your Report
- Reports appear in your account dashboard, viewable and downloadable as a PDF.
- Purchases made as a guest are tied to your email; you will receive a secure sign-in link to access your report.
Delivery Issues
If your report has not appeared within the times above, contact support@carfaxdeals.com or use the live chat on our site and we will resolve it promptly.
